Manage Multifactor Authentication (MFA) Settings

1: Find Okta MFA Settings

  1. Using your browser, navigate to the BBBS Okta portal
  2. Fill in your company-issued credentials and click Sign In.
  3. Click your name in the top right and go to Settings
  4. Scroll down the page until you see the Extra Verification panel:

2: Adjust MFA Factors

  • In settings, you can remove or setup the available factors. The setup follows the typical factor setup.
  • The National Office support team can also reset one or more of your factors if there are any issues.
  • Any “required” factors will need to be setup during your next sign in attempt or the next time you are prompted for a factor, depending on the current Okta policy
