What is Matchforce?

Matchforce is Big Brothers Big Sisters’ match management system. It is the primary system in which Big Brothers Big Sisters agencies document information about Bigs, Littles, and matches.

Get a quick tour of Matchforce’s interface.

Matchforce has an excellent search engine. You can search in all tabs or in specified fields simply by changing the search dropdown.

The Navigation Bar along the top is where you can access tabs to ease your workflow. The tabs are customizable to meet your daily needs, please see below:

  1. Click the pencil icon.
  2. Drag and drop tabs to change the way they are displayed.
  3. Click the Add button to add another tab to the Navigation Bar.
  4. Click Save.
